We need you to not force yourself to mould into societal norms, and instead embrace your magic and wisdom. You are here to guide us forward into the new paradigm. We need you to share what you see and guide what you know needs changing.

Below is all about your energy type and check out my other blogs on Projectors.

Examples: Barack Obama, Nelson Mandela, Marie Kondo - natural guides that see the bigger picture, or have mastered a system/process and are sharing guidance/wisdom

Projectors are the natural guides, deep conversationalists and advice givers - they make up for 20% of the population. Their brain is wired for efficiency, effectiveness and improvements. They can intuitively see where things can be made better - whether that be projects, people or places. Their gift is seeing clearly into people, systems, processes in a way that others can't. They see the bigger picture and help others use their energy in better ways, whether that’s guiding others, creating more efficiency at a company, mastering a system, or designing a new way of doing things. Each Projector has a special ability or niche of their own. They see what works, what doesn’t and how it could be improved. Their brain and body works in an efficient way. They are designed to guide and direct energy, especially Generator energy. They can get 8 hours of work done in 3, but that does not mean that they should do 24 hours worth of work in 8. This will leave a Projector burnt out and bitter. Projectors work differently.

Projectors are meant to follow what they see so clearly, what they are interested in and what they could talk all day about. These curiosities are where they are designed to apply their seeing gifts. Their job is to make themselves seen and available so the right people can find them. Their success comes from surrounding yourself with people who recognise their gifts and energise them.

Projectors are often drawn to systems that help them better understand people and how we best work and live. When they focus on guiding and improving the way we work and live, the more success and aligned opportunities will present. Rather than giving their energy out all the time or trying to prove their worth, they should take time alone to learn, study, recharge and feel nourished. Balance is key for a Projector - not overworking and getting enough rest.

Projector Energy

As a Projector’s gift is to lead and guide individuals, teams and communities towards success; they are not designed to do all the ‘doing’ themselves. Projectors are a non-energy type due to their undefined sacral, which means they do not have consistent access to energy. However, this does not mean that Projectors are not energetically available to energy or life. They need to be in their zone of genius with people who value their gifts, and their energy will flow.

Projectors are not meant to go, go, go. This leaves them feeling drained, bitter and burnt out. Often Projectors are high achievers so try and keep up with the Generators around them. But they work differently. Some days they have more energy than others - it comes in waves. It’s healthy for them to work when they feel inspired and take rest when their body calls for it. They need to work smarter, rather than harder. The more they exert their energy in a sustainable way with pockets of rest, the more effective and successful they become. One of the keys to sustaining their energy as a Projector is to leverage knowledge by mastering a system, i.e., become a specialist in something. They will benefit by having specific skills through which they offer their guidance.

Regardless of whether they are doing what they love or not - Projectors require rest. They need time alone and regular breaks. This does not mean they are lazy. Projectors may feel uncomfortable or judge themselves for the rest their body needs but it is necessary for their success. During their down time, they learn, observe, take in the world, form perspectives, gain insights, come to conclusions, and receive realisations. This time is crucial because this is the wisdom they are designed to share with others. If they push themselves through their tiredness and don't realise when “enough is enough”, they end up feeling deeply bitter and burnt out.  After being around others, it is important for them to recharge and release any energy they have picked up from the day.

STRATEGY: Wait for the Invitation

How to make things happen in your life and move in the right direction

Projectors see deeply into the other and know how to help or guide them. It is natural for them to want to share their insights. But sometimes people aren’t ready to hear it or don’t want to. It’s not up to the Projector to interfere in that person’s process. They need to wait to be invited in by others before offering their guidance or engaging. This sets up the right energy exchange so that the Projector is recognised, listened to and understood. If they don’t wait for an invitation, the Projector will speak and it feels like their advice lands on deaf ears, leaving them feeling bitter and zapped of energy.  They will experience resistance when they chase after opportunities.

A sense of recognition and appreciation from others lets a Projector know if an opportunity or relationship is right for them. Their energy and guidance is powerful but precious. An invitation ensures that they only share their guidance with people who are ready to receive their guidance, and not waste the Projector’s energy. It is better for a Projector to conserve their energy and wait until people ask them, so that they will truly listen and appreciate their insights.

An invitation is needed when it comes to giving advice, working with, living with, or dating someone. The big decisions that involve another person. They do not need an invitation when it does not entail sharing their gifts with someone, e.g. starting a business, studying a system, moving countries or creating a product.

Projectors need to be selective about the invitations they accept. Some Projectors feel pressure to say yes out of fear or lack that they won’t receive any other offers. But it is essential that it’s the right invitation, that feels aligned - because if it’s not, the invitation won’t eventuate positively. They need to use their Authority here.

Invitations be a formal offer or it can be energetic. It could be a question, glance, or feeling someone is seeking out their perspective - it is up to the Projector to honestly decipher. If in doubt, simply ask: “would you like my perspective on this?” It gives the other person the opportunity to say no.

Waiting for an invitation is not a constrictive, time-wasting passive act. It is a time to dedicate themselves to what they love - honing in on their gifts, mastering their skills and showing themselves to the World.  Once a Projector has developed their craft, their work is to make themselves more visible. People can’t invite them unless they see the Projector. They should share what they do in an authentic way, whether it’s online or in community, so people can find them.

Recognise themselves

In order to receive invitations, Projectors need to recognise themselves and make themselves seen, so that people can invite them. They need to display to others that they are an expert and master at their niche. Each projector has a niche, and something they see are designed to be an expert in.

Signature: Success

Your Signature is the signal that lets you know when you're on track.

A Projector will feel a sense of success when they are aligned.

When a Projector is doing what they love, what they are good at and is being adequately compensated for it - they will inevitably be successful. This is why Projectors have a deep desire to be successful - it is their path. They will feel successful when they are seen, recognised and appreciated for their gifts that help to guide others. They are no longer feeling the pressure to hustle and are allowing themselves to rest and restore.

Success is a tool to remind them that they’re on the right track and to help them keep moving in that direction. But they need to define their own version of success - it shouldn’t be a societal standard of success or familial version of success. This will leave them burnt out and bitter. They need to do their version of success to truly feel fulfilled and recognised. Success does not necessarily mean achievement based - it is a sense of freedom to study what they want, or be appreciated for who they naturally are.

Not Self: Bitterness

Your Not Self is the signal that lets you know when you're off track

A Projector will feel a sense of bitterness when they are giving their energy away to a place or person that does not recognise, value or see them. It is a reminder from the Universe that they are investing their energy in a project, place or person that they shouldn’t - often, they have not waited for the invitation. This does not mean that the job or project or person is incorrect for them, it could just mean that they are over-giving, over-doing, and not allowing themselves to work differently. Bitterness can present from exhaustion and burnout. This is a sign to rest, rather than forcing through fatigue.

The feeling of bitterness can also manifest as a feeling of being taken advantage of, not appreciated, not heard and not seen. It leaves  a bad sour taste in Projector’s mouths. They can feel a sense of resentment and feel ignored or dismissed by the outside world. It can show up as “why aren’t they listening to me?”, “why are they doing this all wrong”, “my way is better”. Projectors may try to be giving advice but others aren’t listening. In this case, it is important to go back to their strategy to wait for the invitation to avoid this bitter feeling.

Projectors will also feel bitter if they focus too much on what is wrong. The brain of a Projector is always focusing on efficiencies and improvements, but they need to watch out if they take this too far and are always looking for what is wrong. A Projector will always be able to find something and it will leave them feeling perpetually bitter towards the world and other people.

When the bitterness presents, Projectors need to notice it and look at where they are overgiving their energy, pushing too hard, or trying to get people to value/recognise them. Bitterness is a tool to help align back with their true self and on their right path. The goal is to not eliminate ever feeling bitter, but minimise and see it as a sign to change something up.
